68 year old female

I’m wanting support and motivation. I’m 68 and have put on 3 stone in 3 years. This is due to lack of exercising, medical problems. Also I need to do calories. All food has calories, not these plans that say eat protein, veg, fruit etc. I will read your blogs to give me a boost. Thank you. Jen

    Hi Jen! I completely understand how weight can creep up over a matter of years... I'm a living picture of that :s I count calories... prefer that to Weight Watchers, etc.

    Hi Jen. I totally understand. I turn 66 Wednesday and am still 20 lbs overweight. It’s so hard to keep on track, I like counting calories. Knowing someone who wants to motivate each other would be so helpful. Laura
