We shall see I have a pelvic tilt that I think adds to weak abs. I’ve been in a calorie deficit most of my life because I didn’t eat. NEVER had abs. So I think they is a little more to it... guess I will figure all this *kitten* out on my own because nobody has good answers

I have an 8 lb medicine ball ,a yoga body trapeze, you tube and two pink 5lb weights. Probably not enough for most but for my flabby azz it’s all I need.
