I am HUNGRY!!!! Why won’t I fill up... I think I’m losing weight still what’s going on. 5’4 140lbs eating between 1200 and 1400 cal a day. Closer to 14 than 12

I’m 140lbs once I hit 130 I would like to gain muscle in my thighs, butt, and gut. When is the best time to switch from loss to gain? I feel like the scale is not longer my goal but a tape measure. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. THANK Y’ALL

Getting mixed advice
I’m 32 141lbs 5’4’. I want to lose 15 more lbs. I lost about 15 lbs on a 1200 calorie diet. I was told it was all water weight. I was also told o should instead be eating 1500 calories. Now this app is telling me 1200. Can anyone give me advice. I am on a super healthy diet no processed foods and barely any sugar, not even…
