    Pork?

Can you elaborate on what you're looking for? Do you want pork recipes? Want to know if pork is okay in a diet? Have a question about the macros for pork? I could say a lot of things about pork, I just don't know which direction to go!

Referencing some of the pork related entries in the urban dictionary could put a very different spin on this thread.

At least twice a week. Raised and put up two pigs in my freezer last year. Got 3 hams left hanging for the holidays and smoke up a little bacon at least once a month. :-)

When I was on a tight budget living in a big city I ate so much pork.... ugh. Only pulled pork appeals to me now and thats mainly from the barebecue sauce. The thought of it makes me suddenly not hungry

I've rediscovered my addiction to country style ribs. As much as I love pulled pork, racks of St. Louis ribs, or a great thick loin chop, the country style rib is like the perfect blend of lean loin and fatty rib. The equivalent in beef would be somebody fusing a filet minion to a rib eye. It's delicious.

Use country style ribs any place where you might use a more traditional chop. Outside of the shape people won't even realize the difference. They'll only know that the chops are so much more moist and flavorful than normal.
