930... about to go to bed. Should I eat the calories I failed to eat today? Or try better tomorrow?

    Skip it. Think of it as part of your weekly goal.
    You may be a bit more hungry another day, or need a few extra calories at the weekend.

    You can look at your weekly calories for your goal, but don't go too low on any day.

    I can't sleep if I've just eaten. You've eaten a reasonable amount and clearly aren't starving or you wouldn't be asking :) Go to sleep!

    Its one day, tomorrow you might find you are extra hungry and then you'll have reserve cals to eat.
