Hi! I’m new here as well. One thing I’ve already found out is that any resistance training workouts you do need to be put into this app as a cardio workout with custom exercises. Otherwise it will not count your calories burned. You have to manually input your burned calories for the exercises, I just use the info from my…

No, unfortunately I’m hanging up my hat in the bb circuit. Trimming to 190 and maintaining because I like how my body looks/feels at that weight.
