I have been an avid bodybuilder for almost 15 years. Now that I am in my 30s I have decided it’s time to slim down and settle for the “fit” look. I am 5’10 and began this new fitness goal in early Dec 17 weighing in at 220lbs, I am now at 205lbs in Feb of 18. I have decided to give MyFitnessPal a try to help me lose the last 15lbs.

I workout everyday, alternating between strength training and cardio. My workouts usually burn between 800-1000 calories (according to my Apple Watch). I am not “strict” on my diet, however I am smart about what I eat and have cut snacks down by roughly 75%.

I guess I should add that this app is all new to me and I welcome any new friends along the way.

No, unfortunately I’m hanging up my hat in the bb circuit. Trimming to 190 and maintaining because I like how my body looks/feels at that weight.
