Im new to this app, I definitely like the accountability that this app allows as far as calories/food choices go. I also just synced my Apple Watch as well. Are there any other insightful tips that you wouldn’t mind shading?thanks in advance!

    Hi! I’m new here as well. One thing I’ve already found out is that any resistance training workouts you do need to be put into this app as a cardio workout with custom exercises. Otherwise it will not count your calories burned. You have to manually input your burned calories for the exercises, I just use the info from my Apple Watch

    Hi! Welcome to the app and community! As far as being successful, I’d say jump in and make friends. Measure your food to start with until you get good at gauging quantities. Figure out your goals and write them down so you can begin action plans to meet them.

    Jordan- thank you for the advice as far as inputting workouts. That aspect I am still working on perfecting!
