Sunday 8/5: 237.2 Sunday 8/12: 233.6 Sunday 8/19: 235.6 up 2 lbs Sunday 8/26: Went up 2 lbs, which is unsurprising, given the night of revelry I had on Thursday. ^_^ Totally worth it! I still have time to reach my goal of 8 lbs for the month, so I'm not going to sweat this gain.

Also, I went clothes shopping for the first time since starting keto, and I am down 3 pants sizes! Super excited to have clothes that really fit again! ^_^ Keto on everyone! :love:

I weighed myself early yesterday, just out of curiosity and the scale gave me some excellent news! I am down 40 lbs! I can't believe that I've finally seen 40 lbs weight loss! I'm not even going to record it yet, because I know how much my body weight fluctuates, so I'll take the official number down on Sunday, but yay!!!!

I have the same results, my fasting numbers are always highest when I am waking up, and go back down to a normal number through the rest of the day. I've heard that it is called the Dawn Phenomenon and from what I've read, there really isn't any known solution to it. So keep calm and keto on. ^_^

Snacks that I like: pork rinds, cheese, pepperoni sticks, nuts, Whisps (cheese chips), tuna pouches, hard boiled eggs, half an avocado. I don't snack very much because I'm just not that hungry, but when I do, it's usually a mix of these things and serves as a meal instead. Hope that helps!
