When did you start to see results?
Hey guys, I'm just curious how soon everyone did a side by side comparison of their looks in photos and when did they actually see the change? I feel different after having lost 24 lbs, but I don't see any difference when I look in the mirror. And maybe I just wasn't wearing clothing that was real 'informative' in this way…

Not getting enough protein...
I don't know what it is lately, but I'm having such a hard time meeting my protein minimum. I'm maxed out on fat and maybe halfway to my carb minimums, but protein is like 20 below what I need per day. Any food recommendations that aren't so high in fat/carbs but high in protein?
