Season the filet. Coat the bottom of a glass baking dish with a tbsp of olive oil and some white wine. Place the filet in skin side down and dump some fresh chopped dill on her. Bake it. Bangin good.

Could be. I took it before a 31 mile ride and my stomach cramped from 10-25 miles in. I’ll start taking it after and see if it affects me.

Current diet has me around 130 grams of protein through the day. I figured the extra 30 in the shake would help with not losing muscle from all the cardio and help with recovery. I’m new at the nutrition end of all this.

With a little more belly fat to lose, I wasn’t sure if drinking it post-ride/before bed would have any negative effects.

I work 2:30-10:30pm shift with an hour and a half commute on each side. Rough shift to work with fitness goals. People think I’m nuts that I get home at midnight and crank out double digit miles on the bike.

I add them under the weight check in. Then you can choose them from “progress photo” under status updates. Not sure if that makes sense or if I’m even doing it the right way.

Focus on how you feel! Building muscle while losing fat makes for a wash on the scale. Don’t get discouraged!

Just turned 38 today. June 20th: 193 lbs. 15 push-ups in a set July 20th: 176 lbs. August 8th: 170 lbs. 60 push-ups in a set. Biking is my cardio. Eating clean. Once I get a little more belly fat off, my plans are to focus a little more on strength training and less on cardio. Sending request. 🙌🏼
