I just struggle big time, I had a PT for 10 weeks once a week and done nothing else because pretty much was too sore, now at the gym doing what I learned for 5 weeks 4 times a week and the belly just won’t go down, I am on 1700 calories a day most days I’m under but I just can’t lose any weight?

Focus on how you feel! Building muscle while losing fat makes for a wash on the scale. Don’t get discouraged!0

You are going to get much more bang for your weight loss buck by focusing on your eating rather than relying on exercise. How much of a deficit is 1700 cals? How much weight are you trying to lose? Are you using a food scale, and how's your logging otherwise?
If you are trying to make a small change like lose a little fat left on your midsection, that kind of change takes a long time. Tightening up your logging will probably help though!
