  • Tonight's dinner is tortilla crusted tilapia, cauliflower rice, and a side of corn! One of my favorite meals, and clocks in at around 350 calories. Super filling!

  • Hi! I also have a lot to lose. I am 42, 5’5”, and started May 31st at 341.8 lbs. WOW. Heaviest I’ve been in my life. It was an eye opener to get me back to MFP. I’m determined this time (although I have been before, so we’ll see). I weigh on Fridays, and yesterday’s weigh in was 333.4. Progress, slowly but surely.
