I'm coming back to weights. Just set up my own home olympic set. So recomp to lose fat and build up my strength. I do karate so have a level of strength but not where I was. PB of 50, 80 and 110 kg bench, squat and deadlift.

I have the double belly too. I managed to lose top belly completely in the past but never got Low enough to lose my bottom belly / apron belly as its called sometimes. I am 46 now. And honestly not going to think long term in how much I need to lose. Am looking at my clothes as need to get back in smaller sizes. Would love friends. Not sure how to add them.
