C25k works for a lot of people. I didn't like it. I found my base mileage, which was less than a mile, and just increased it a little every week.

I usually eat oatmeal or an energy bar, like two hours beforehand. It works for me, it may not work for you. As mentioned, experiment with it during your training runs.

Do you like them? Do they fit your calorie/carb goals? Then friend. If not, foe. I personally enjoy them.

Some flavors are better than others, but the only one I really hated so far was the Birthday Cake. Peanut Butter is probably the best IMO

Does it challenge you? Do you like it? If yes, then I'd say it's good. I've started 30DS a few times but never made it through the first week because doing the same workout so many days in a row bored me. Insanity was a good fix for that.

For how long? If you're spending the whole summer somewhere, then maybe just do your best to approximate. If you're just going for a week or two or even three, I say enjoy your vacation and don't worry about it!

5am: Wake up, let the dogs out, pee, weigh in, get dressed, let the dogs in, finish getting ready. 530am: Make coffee, get stuff together for the day, feed the dogs, get out the door. 6am: Gym 7am: Leave gym 745am: Arrive to work, get changed. 8am: Work.

Chipotle is my go-to because it's so easy to customize to my calorie goals. Panera is usually my second choice, but Subway works too. Or Taco Bell.

Mexican -- I still log it in my calorie goals, but not at all strictly.

They sell boxes of them at Target...I think 5 or 6 per box. I'm not sure the cost.

Spices, water, gum, diet sodas, black coffee, tea, vitamins. Low calorie veggies I will log but I don't really measure them.
