    My workplace provides breakfasts on Fridays... I love it! Today is make-your-own breakfast sandwich with english muffins, cheese, ham, bacon, tomato and lettuce.

    Usually Friday is my day to reward myself with Starbucks for making it through the work week. I still watch the calories and log it but I look forward to it every week!

    Friday night is pizza night. But it’s not a treat, it’s worked into my calorie goals.

    Our yacht club has music and dancing on Friday nights! We enjoy it so much that we have started teaching dance lessons on the weeks they don't have a band scheduled.

    I'm treating myself to a latte that fits into my calories for the day today. Tomorrow is my real treat meal, pizza! Gonna be eating at maintenance tomorrow.

    Not really a treat, but Friday evenings we typically have pizza and movie night with the kids or go out to eat somewhere.

    I go out for pizza every Friday evening and I really look forward to it.

    I work it into my weekly calories. I've lost a lot of weight and have kept it off eating yummy gourmet pizza once a week. I just don't go overboard.

    Mexican -- I still log it in my calorie goals, but not at all strictly.

    I allot myself 1450 calories most days, but 1850 on Fridays and Tuesdays (or change it up if we have particular plans on a different day). On my higher calorie days, I'll make our more calorific meals, which include homemade pizza, pasta with pesto, or breakfast for dinner (pancakes with butter, bacon or sausage, eggs, hash browns).
