  • June was a bad month diet wise- lots of stress and boredom eating so as a result I gained 2 kgs. Frustrated I consulted with a dietitian. I mean I eat healthy but I overeat as I fear that I will faint if my tummy is not full. The dietitian made a few changes so I am eating less but I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out.…
  • Bump I love everyone's chatter on my newsfeed!😀 I love being encouraged and encouraging others!!! Let's do this!!!!💪💪💪👍👍👍
  • That is such perfect advice @Lietchi I'm from India and chillas are pancakes made of lentils flour. I eat lentils and legumes mostly and I do admit that I don't use a scale. Actually MFP is not all that great when it comes to logging indian meals that's why I eyeball my portion sizes. Isn't there any other way than just…
  • I have always been suicidal since my early years. I have tried to kill myself at least a 100 times but fortunately/unfortunately I failed at it like i do at everything else. I don't have friends coz I have such serious mental health issues that it's difficult for me to bond with people and I've always attracted the wrong…
  • There's a member here who's been raving about this trainer called Caroline Garvin on youtube. She told me that I shouldn't do them as they're for advanced level. But I thought I have a solid fitness baseline and I do fitness blender workouts regularly so why not give it a try? MAN I'M SO HAPPILY DEAD now :D Caroline makes…
  • I started doing a lot of core/abs exercises by fitness blender last year. A couple of weeks ago I had a fall that sprained my back a bit. Had I not worked on my core, I think I would've been immobile. It's the core exercises that strengthened my back and saved me :)
  • An online shopping store here gives you points when connected to Google fit. 20 points total if you get 10000 steps in and those points can be redeemed for coupons. I mean who doesn't like a good bargain!! :p
  • Oh and the yoga poses!!! Omigod! Incredible. I'm from India and yoga originated in my country but I still couldn't recognise half of the asanas you did :D the deaf man's pose was phenomenal!!
  • You're awesome!!! You should write a book!! I'm gonna take some of your advice and sculpt my body too. I'm feeling so inspired and excited by your hard work! I'm also gonna check out the lady Erica Garvin you kept mentioning in your thread. I do fitness blender workouts and walk a bit in my apartment as we're just coming…
  • I don't wanna jinx it. But I'm too excited to not share it! I'm finally eating less! I'm understanding the meaning of portion control and sorta seeing the scale move!!!
  • Omg thanks OP for starting this thread! You don't know how normal I feel after reading this. My parents are always getting on my case coz I eat fast. I don't have siblings so it's not about competition. For me, I think I'm just trying to fill a void. I mean I feel so empty, not only emotionally but physically also- a bit…
  • I AM THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME (and then I phucked me up) :o
  • I jogged a bit last evening and didn't feel any pain in my sides and wasn't panting like crazy. My lung capacity has improved with regular exercise and I'm gonna keep increasing my time o:)
  • Because I am sick and tired of being called a buffalo and elephant by people who mean phuck all to me.
  • In July 2006 there was a deluge in my city but the day had started out sunny and dry and I made the mistake of wearing a white capri with red underwear :# till date I don't wear light colored bottoms when it rains! So embarrassing :p
  • Yeah this. This is totally the story of my life
  • Rice I think. I used to eat it every alternate day with curry but now I have it once a week.
  • The cold turkey advice that someone gave is good. It really worked for me In 2017, I was eating alarming amount of chocolate. Like 2 big bars in one day+ chocolate pastries here and there. It took a lot of hard work to quit, say maybe 6 months is what it took me. But now I really don't obsessively think about sweets and…
  • I'm Indian and my cuisine, even though simple is carby. So I love to eat white rice with some vegetable curry and when I enter it here the carbs go through the roof and it really freaks me out. I literally panic even though everything I'm eating is home cooked like lentils and veggies. I try to stay away from rice and…
  • Burn out! Yes coz I've been eating mostly healthy from may 1 and I'm kinda sick of salads now :# so I was hungry today and reached for a couple of packets of biscuits and also binged on some fox nuts. I've gotten my bored/ emotional eating under control but I am *kitten* scared if I give in I will lose control. I will also…
  • Yes I am thinking of sticking to walking/ jogging only as it's not very taxing on my back like dance or HIIT and pullovers really make me aware of my lower back the next day lol. What's worrying me is that I'm gonna binge like I did today coz I know I'm in one of those moods when I just wanna throw in the towel :s
  • I want to know whether it is wise to do a HIIT or strength training workout while my back is still hurting coz I know I won't be able to control my eating. If anyone can gimme tips to control my eating while I let my back heal would be great.
  • I can feel my bones at the sides of my waist :)
  • I love cool temperatures. I live in a tropical country and my city is a hellhole most of the time. Right now we're experiencing premature rains and it's become cold That's what I love although it is messing up my outdoor exercise, I think I'll live o:)
  • A couple of people on my FL also complained that they can't download the app on their phone as they use Android and they're from USA :|
  • I'm not American. My phone is not from an American brand. I live in India and the model I use is not compatible with it
  • 90 minutes walk. Got my 10k steps in 6.39 kms. Feeling tired now.
  • It's been renamed as calorie counter- my fitness pal and if your phone is android then it's not compatible with their app :(
