I have been up and down the same 2 pounds even though I record everything I eat and most days I am right on or 100 calories less than allowed. How do I break this cycle and start to lose pounds again? I go to the gym and do the weight machines about 3 times per week. I have both knees replaced, so cannot work them too…

I am new to my fitness pal and hope I have stumbled upon the help I need. I am 71 years old, with 2 knee replacements and Plantar Fasciitis (sp?) in both feet so exercising isn't as easy as taking a brisk walk! I am doing some machines for upper and lower body at my local fitness place. I am hoping with that and watching…
