Regardless, you will never pass 'relationship class' if you cannot pass the oral exam. Size, who cares, be open, honest, confident, and not insecure. mine is fine, but for those who are smaller, don't worry. Find a lady who is mature and appreciates all the components of a relationship. -my op, for what it's worth.

Due to environment (I think), there are cultures of folks who are more efficient in their usage of calories, and when they later populate a calorie-rich environment like the 1st world, they balloon like Orson Wells or Lt. Riker (John Frakes). But in short, I think you are right. Cheers.

Everyone has already said,...lots of water, rest, food measurement (scale etc.), avoid 'food-centred' events, drinking, and LOG WHAT YOU EAT. It takes commitment & discipline as there is no magic pill.

I leave a few calories in my eating for just those later-night occasions. I had a Bigly Yuge craving for a BellVita pack last night. I took it to the chair where watching tellie, set it down and it was still there this AM. Knowing I could have it was a trick to strengthen my resolve to NOT have it. -I hope that might help.

I just last night scanned the bar code on my vitamins & supplements. There are I think 15 calories in one of them. It's literally the calories required to write this reply. I don't worry about them but do add them here so your nutrient reports are more accurate. SC

I'm finding fruit so high in sugar, I needed to cut down and replace it with more veg to keep the daily calories under control.

I'm a California native, trying yet again to bust out some good health. No meds, low resting HR, low cholesterol, no C-Pap, ability to walk fast,....these things I want to retain. Eating too much isn't worth losing these blessings in life. Welcome all friends. Enjoy a brilliant day, SC
