5'6, 5'7 on a good day. First goal is 160, then we reassess. I could lose quickly but I'm trying to make a successful lifetime change this time around!

150-160 for now. Last time I was those weights I thought I was heavy-- but I thought I was heavy at 135 and look... wrong? in those pictures. I wanna see what I look like at the weights I held the longest before deciding if lower is right for me.

consider you may be under eating. If I eat 1200 or under BEFORE exercise I usually can't lose. eating only 1200 AND doing that much physical work? Setting yourself up for failure

@kodiakke I'm glad to know I'm not alone in the realm of fat but physical! My doctors love to tell me eat less move more. I'm sure it helps but there is not much more time in the day to move with 😂 I'm happy to make this change

@angelsja that's always a fear of mine. That losing won't help the situation. Working out and losing with pain is definitely a unique challenge. Thank you for sharing your experience with it. Know we can do this

I'm looking for friends on this journey. I used to do keto so I'm familiar with it and can help in that way too! (Keto did work for me but triggered an underlying health issue. I understand this is uncommon so I'm still a big fan of the lifestyle)
