  • Hi everyone, I'm 9months pp I gain 40lbs with my last pregnancy and I have about 6lbs more to lose.. I feel like I should be at 115 lb or so since im only 5ft lol. Feel free to add me!
  • I'm on the same boat. Im 9 months pp, and I have jist a few more lbs to go for my goal weight but I can't seem to shake those off. I work out, ear healthy drink alot of water and they are still there lol.. I thinj I need to do more cardio
  • I meal prep every Sunday, for the week I don't freeze my meals but that's a good Idea.
  • I work out for the first 7 months with my 3rd pregnancy, just drop my weight for it. I felt great while I was doing it. Now I'm 9months pp and I took the first 4 months off.
