I don't know yet, I am eating more and more and still am losing a pound a week. maybe eat 3 meals some days. I only ate one meal today but it was huge and I wansnt hungry the rest of the day. I will get this figured out

welcome! Keto is not for everyone. It works great for me in removing inflammation and taking away pain from arthritis, but if you are mainly going for weight loss, eating one meal a day will get it done, no matter what you eat. I think you will feel better eating whole foods however, whatever macro nutrient ration you do.…

Great job! I go between omad and 2mad depending more on how busy I am, I sometimes just forget to eat a 2nd meal because I am busy and not hungry. very rarely 3mad. and my splurges are usually splurge meals instead of splurge days, so I usually escape without feeling it too much
