My go to lunch for work in winter is chili. A little meat goes a long way. I use tons of veggies and some beans and either ground turkey or beef. Sriracha and some avocado, good to go!

Since you are familiar with Peleton, the app has strength classes too. I don’t have the bike or tread but I use my own treadmill and do their 60 minute boot camp classes.

Yes, I do use happyscale but when it starts increasing for a while I start cutting calories again. I am going to check out the maintenance board too.

I have a light snack at 3 or 4 (hard boiled egg for example) dinner around 6 (no more than 400 calories) and a snack before bed. Rice cake, almond butter, banana, cinnamon and a glass of almond milk. If I don’t eat my snack I wake up in the middle of the night hungry and can’t sleep. But it’s filling enough that I don’t…
