  • My go to lunch for work in winter is chili. A little meat goes a long way. I use tons of veggies and some beans and either ground turkey or beef. Sriracha and some avocado, good to go!
  • Since you are familiar with Peleton, the app has strength classes too. I don’t have the bike or tread but I use my own treadmill and do their 60 minute boot camp classes.

  • Yes, I do use happyscale but when it starts increasing for a while I start cutting calories again. I am going to check out the maintenance board too.
  • I have a light snack at 3 or 4 (hard boiled egg for example) dinner around 6 (no more than 400 calories) and a snack before bed.
