My niece told me once I could not lose weight without surgery. She said I wasn't strong enough. Today, I am 40 pounds lighter, on my own with no surgery.

This quote just made me get up and walk. I also use the upper floor restroom rather than the one in the main floor. Anything to keep me moving.
