I just found Kodiak bowls, oatmeal, muffin and flapjack. I love them because they're easy, add water and put in the microwave. Their buttermilk & vanilla power waffle I just toast and add a little butter. All have high protein. Delish!!! ◉‿◉

I bought single ones from netrition at $2.99. Wanted to try them before ordering a whole box.

I did the same thing, I was averaging 900 calories (not on purpose, I didn't plan well) and my weight didn't go down. I went up to 1,200 calories and I'm losing steadily. I added two snacks and am eating a big breakfast which I never ate before.

FYI, I ended up making my own skinny margaritas, only had two. I asked for one shot, ice and water in a tall glass, then added a Baja Bob's - Sugar Free Margarita Mix packet making each drink only added had 89 calories :)

I don't know how old you are but I'm 56, I don't eat clean and I have lost 50 pds. I have an open diary, I mostly eat healthy but if I want something (like pizza, chocolate, etc) I eat it.
