  • My January was a successful month for me I have been able to incorporate more meatless meals and come away with a feeling a fullness. My meditation has a firm place in my daily routine and my water consumption has increased dramatically. I hope my February is as good if not better.

  • My best habit from 2022 is to start almost everyday with a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation it has helped me refocus for my day, developed better posture and the past few weeks a calmer thought process for me.
  • Wishing everyone a successful and happy new year. My January goals: to obtain 35-40 miles of my 100 mile winter challenge and to be present at the gym at least 10 times. It’s hard as I have much of my own equipment to exercise at home so I go really to encourage and support my dh.

  • Moving along rather quickly toward my 360 minutes of exercise challenge my carbs are much better and the non animal source proteins are much better as well.

  • Gym today,walked over 10,000 steps. Still ok from thanksgiving food will see how tomorrow is but everyday is a good day even with a little water weight gain

  • I think I blew a blood vessel in my eye either doing the warrior ropes or the leg press machine at 50lbs but the ropes were a good workout

  • Walked 50 minutes this afternoon 2.25 miles in 50 minutes I must have gotten to the campground as it’s 16 miles from our house as that was my destination. Trying to re focus on overall health and limiting not so good food choices.
  • Have walked every day this week most have been over two miles looks like indoor walking tomorrow rainy and windy
  • Not the greatest day cool and damp but going to try and get out for a short walk
  • 2.22 miles done today nice afternoon walk, my carbs are better today maybe tomorrow will be as good or a little better.
  • I did 2.35 miles at lunch getting closer to the campsite
