I do 18:6 fasting but I still track my calories and make sure I'm at a deficit each day. It really helps me to not snack at night knowing I'm fasting and I've learned to ditch the creamer in my coffee and enjoy it black.

An elliptical for the family to use A good food scale and body scale for tracking progress and measurements. weights and stretchy bands decent shoes fitbit for tracking all my activity and sleep numerous water bottles and other random little kitchen gadgets to make life easier.

lose weight until you are happy with yourself. I thought I was fat at a certain weight and now that is my goal to get back to that weight. It's up to you, as no one else's opinion should matter more than your own. How did you feel at that weight? What was your energy like?

My husband isn't actively trying to lose weight and he isn't into exercising but he is very supportive of me and we keep the house clean of junk food like chips, candy and soda and keep the house stocked with fresh fruits and veggies and all my vegetarian substitutes, even the kids have gone vegetarian with me. :)

If you have the app, you can bar code scan most food items and it will quickly add them and then you can save them as a favorite and it will be in your food library.

no, healthy food should be more accessible and more cost effective. fresh fruit is expensive, but you can get a bag of chips for like $2.00
