Hi! Just started today because when I went into the Dr. office I saw that I weighed 165 lbs!! At 5'2" that is a lot. Most I have ever weighed! I am 59 with medical issues so I can't do many exercises which is a bummer, but I will do what I can.

Welcome, you can do it. Just track your calories, measure and weigh everything with a food scale and get some kind of exercise. walking, hand weights, depends on your medical conditions but there a lot of alternative exercises for everyone these days. Even just changing how much and what you eat can help you change your weight. Best wishes!0

I have medical issues too. Walking is painful so I am trying to spend more time in the pool.0
