I love to drink a vodka watrr with a splash of bar lime ( usually a sweet lime juice but some bars dont have it and put acual lime juice in it and its just not the same ) but itss so good ! And keeps you hydrated ehile you drink too ! Always my go to, even when im not watching calories

When I was a kid I would frequently eat an intire can of pringles or a whole stack of soda crackers. Now when I eat those foods its so easy to over do it and eat an entire days worth of calories lol.. ive learned how to manage it thought and the healthy foods usually outweight the junk .

Giiirrrl, if you weigh yourself everyday you will drive yourself crazy.. our weight fluctuates so much, especially as a lady! Its influenced by so much .. the amount of water weve had, how much we ate, the amount of salt intake the day before, our hormones and what time of month were at, if weve gone to the bathroom or not…

The smoothies that I were making daily were like 500 calories !! With all the extra stuff like peanut butter and flaxseeds and stuff it adds up ! And here i thought it was the lowest calorie meal !
