Welcome! To my knowledge, the only way to do it without unlinking your fitness tracker app is with a Premium account. From your mobile device, go to Goals>Exercise Calories and deselect "Increase my daily calorie goal." I don't believe this can be done from a free account.

If I could make a recommendation, make it yourself instead of going out for it. I made some over the weekend, and it lets you have control over portion and macros.
