You could try working out at home to get your confidence up. Things like p90x and/or insanity are older now, you could pick out something like that on the cheap and dont require a lot of equipment.

I prefer to have a small cardio session in the morning during my fast. Maybe 15 minutes of jump rope. I eat what I eat during the day and try not to worry about pre and post gym meals. i would keep the black coffee on tap with lots of water. I've been on keto for a month now. I started intermittent fasting about 3 weeks ago and I feel amazing. 3 days ago I started running with my dog during my fast and I feel even better.
