I started in sept cos i wanted to lose a few kilos then when i got to my weight goal i added on 200cals a day thats what im eating now 1400 but obviously its not enough so i will put it to 1500 like mfp says to maintain. Thanks.

I usually go to bed around 11pm and i will have a snack at 9, 9:30 which would be strawberry greek yogurt and a protein bar. Not a big fan of black coffees in the morning i would have porridge and a cup of tea. Thanks.

To be honest i have be going up and down with the calories, my goal is to get rid of stubborn lower fat belly and also gain some muscle. Mfp gives me over 1500 to maintain my weight maybe i should go with that. Thanks.

I walk 15min moderate-pace to get to the gym and 15min to get back home after work out 3 times a week and then 1.6kilometers every day to bring and collect my kid to school.

Yep thats all he said to do for a month! I go 3 times a week. If i put to gain 0.25 instead of 0.5 on mfp it gives me 1810 cals, if i divide macros in 40% carbs 25% prot and 35% fat do you think it will be enough to gain muscle? Two more weeks to go with this training programme and then he should changed it, i will ask him…
