I couldn't disagree more lol and I prefer leg press over squats tbh and I do dead lifts. I usually train quite heavy but just been noticing good results going light on the leg press for more reps. OK, similar to myself really. I've just noticed legs are fuller and calves are getting bigger since going light for reps...

For size and muscle definition otherwise I'd just go heavy if was strength training like I used to. But as I said I have noticed a better response going lighter and doing as many reps as possible, working my whole leg....

Depending on goals usually have a intake of around 20-30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours...

Trade secret.... In a food blender add: 50g porridge oats, 3-4 raw eggs, 50g peanut butter, 1 banana, 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder, honey (to your taste) and 300mls of milk! This 1 drink alone will provide 1000+ calories and around 100g protein!!! Enjoy

If your signed up at a gym, try T5 fat burners... They are very good and just hit cardio hard. You can make homemade drinks as well e.g lemon water with bicarbonate soda. Cut cards out and stick to lean foods chicken and lean beef as it's high protein and have with broccoli or spinach etc

3 stone in a year??? That sounds quite extreme... Bit of a personal question but have you had implant in your arm as that can cause excessive water retention?
