When I meal plan I save all my meals as recipes, then it's easy to just add the whole meal from that to each day I'm going to eat it. I often log meals in advance because I meal prep my week - feels easier than always doing it while eating! I recommend getting used to the recipes function, it's helped me lots :smile:

Try making a low carb yummy dish and eating that first. Absolutely love C25k! It's free and builds up in a way that means no run feels harder than the one before, even though it's further. I've done it a few times and it's got me back into running every time after a few months of poor motivation. It starts slow but it's so worth it and it'll definitely have you ready by July.…
