Yoga Mat Recommendations?
Some of the classes I go to are quite sweaty and I'm finding I slip around a bit on the mats they provide. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced mat that has good grip? A bit of cushioning would be great too but is less of a priority for me. Thanks!

New here and nervous!
Feeling a little bit nervous! I'm going to start Monday morning weighing myself tomorrow and haven't regularly weighed myself for years! I'm a teacher so am going to spend the next half term (6 weeks) alcohol free and aiming to lose a pound/week, then will review at the next holiday and see if I need to change anything…
