  • Wow! Your waist is so tiny! Congrats! Lots of hard work paying off!
  • Congratulations! What an amazing achievement!!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  • The holidays are hard. Maybe once January comes you'll feel renewed and can leave the holidays behind you. Don't discount what you've already accomplished. 80 lbs is an amazing accomplishment and one most people can't ever get to. You're almost there, the holidays are hard, but you'll get your groove back!
  • Hang in there. Remember, especially since you have a little one, you're going for health, not just a quick diet to be thin. You're smart to start small. ❀
  • Keto was so low in fiber for me that I developed diverticulitis. Don't recommend.

  • Same here. No hypoglycemia issues anymore now that my carbs are under control. If you don't want to do full on keto, eat a moderate carb diet. I found that my hypoglycemia issues were much improved when I kept my carbs around 90-100 net per day. Good luck.
  • I thought the same thing. No way those packages serve 3 people!
  • Type 2 diabetes runs in my family and my sugars have been higher than normal so I have given some things up too - or at least eat them very rarely. Reese's peanut butter cups. I used to open a bag and just sit and eat while reading or watching tv. I miss just being able to not care and eat as many as I feel like. I also…
  • This poster is right, and there is science to back it up, but people who have never been on this diet are quick to click "woo". My appetite goes way down when I eat keto. The appetite suppression is another reason the keto diet is effective.
  • I would go and enjoy myself. It's only a few days. You have to enjoy life! You can't gain enough in 4 days to outgrow the clothes you packed. Most people can only dream of visiting Italy, so enjoy it!
  • Since you're having scary thoughts, don't forget about those phone numbers where you can immediately talk to someone who can help you. That will help in the meantime while you wait for a doctor's appointment. I think you can text 741741 for help. God bless.
  • It's different for everyone, but bulk doesn't make me feel full. I can eat a huge plate of zucchini noodles and feel hungry an hour later. What keeps me feeling full is fat and protein. I keep my carbs low so I have enough calories for what fills me up: fat and protein. But everyone is different, so try a few of these…
  • What do you do that allows you to work from your computer? Great job on the weight loss! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  • I have hypoglycemia and the only way I can keep my blood sugar steady throughout the day is to keep my carbs low. It's the carbs that cause the sugar to spike and then drop. Less carbs = no shakiness or nausea for me.
  • Feeling light headed, moody, and tired is your body's way of saying it's hungry. Hunger isnt always just a growling stomach. Be kind to your body and take it slow. If you go this drastic, you won't keep it up long term.
  • Oh my gosh, I could have written that exact thing. I feel that way too. That's what has always derailed me.
  • Take good care of yourself! I wish you luck on your journey to health and strength.
  • I have also found that eating less carbs means I'm fuller for longer. I aim for about 30 grams of carbs per meal and only eat when I'm hungry. I pay less attention to calories. By the end of the day, I'm coming in at a good calorie deficit without stressing.
