What is your fat total like? It is possible to eat more of one macro and not have enough calories left to eat the recommended amount of the others. I nearly always have left over carbs

A few times. Mostly when work was so stressful that I was just eating the same things and doing the same exercise because anything else required too much brain power. I do the prediction once a week because the downwards trend is encouraging. I don’t expect it to be accurate.

I have two goals for January. To walk two kilometres a day and to be able to walk a kilometre in 27 minutes by the end of the month.

I have RA and Fibromyalgia. Neither of them are responsive to diet. No matter what I eat I am still in pain. I know someone with RA who did the elimination diet at the same time as me. I have both. Dry heat is great for my joints. Dry cold takes a couple of days to adjust to and is fine afterwards. Wet heat is not fun. I lurk inside when the humidity is high. Wet cold is very bad.

It depends on the cause of the pain. I have lost large amounts of weight twice before. I could move much more easily, but the Arthritis was still active so I was still in pain.

That you can lose fat from your nose! I had to get my glasses adjusted so that my bifocals would stay in the right place.

If chlorine doesn’t increase your breathing problems, look for a heated pool that does hydrotherapy sessions. Very slow walking in the water or noodle cycling might be doable. Talk to a physiotherapist if you can they are usually good at finding exercises that work with limitations.

Fight your battles at the supermarket not at home. If you know you will be tempted to overeat a particular food don’t buy it.

Can you get to a heated pool? Walking in water or a low impact hydrotherapy class can be really helpful. The hydrostatic pressure of the water also helps to reduce inflammation.
