It always wonderful to see everyone who is back for another month! We are already on page two
January goal: to exercise 5 days a week.
January 1: 35 minute neighborhood walk, brrrrr
January 2: 4 miles, 4 Miracle Miles

Oops forgot to check in yesterday! 1/2 was 3 Leslie/Jessica miles and 1/3 was 2 Leslie/Jessica miles. (12/15 weekly miles complete.) I also started the Yoga with Adriene Dedicate challenge for the month, and I'm aiming to do one ballet video each day with my brand new ballet slippers5

I got 12k steps in today...and made my work friend do a 15 minute 1 mile walk watching a Leslie video...having a hard time finding time at night to fit it in at least I am getting a little in at work5

I have two goals for January. To walk two kilometres a day and to be able to walk a kilometre in 27 minutes by the end of the month.4

Jan 4- Today was the challenge recommended HAPPY mile along with one of Jessica Smith's Walk and Talks (2 miles, 14/15 weekly miles). Also Day 3 of my yoga challenge, and a 15 minute ballet video~ My morning HAPPY mile was very appropriate for today- a happy day indeed. Someone was able to fix my sink that has been flooding the floor every time I do dishes AND my missing Christmas care package from my mom, sister, and grandparents finally showed up today! There was no tracking update on it since it departed Incheon, Korea on December 19th, so we were starting to get worried. I called 3 different people yesterday, very frustrated bc of the language barrier, and nobody could find it in the system, so I was about ready just tell my family "It's the thought that counts." So, yes, I indulged in a few of the Ghiradelli peppermint bark squares that came in the package My rationale was it was my happy day and I would have enjoyed those pre-January 1st for the holidays had my box arrived on time. Also according to MFP, the 2 miles of walking = 3 chocolate squares hehe. Thanks, Leslie and the gang!4

I've completed the first week of the New Year's challenge. I also have completed my Apple Watch challenge for the month. I have yet to indulge in fast food or sofa. Not easy last night as the child came home with Little Cesear pizza and crazy bread. *insert image of Deeder mentally having a 3yo tantrum on the floor*.
Also, water is still not my friend but I do like my new drinking contain I got for Christmas.3 -

1/2....26 minutes of Strength and Stamina by Kelly Coffee-Meyer
1/3.... rest day
1/4.... 46 minute strength workout and a 12 minute mile (total 18 with the cool down) with Leslie2 -

@janna674 I hear you! I am doing a Dry January because I drank way too much during the holidays. While it was fun at the time, I got tired of waking up feeling so rough and then doing it all over again. Time to get out of that pattern!3
