    Did Day 2 of the 2019 Challenge last night before bed and I'm about to go for a 20 minute walk during my lunch break. This afternoon, I convinced the women at my office to do Day 3 of the Challenge with me!

    I did Leslies 20 minute boosted walk on my lunch today, too cold to venture outside and with my fitbit steps i got 4.3 miles in
