Bounced back up a little from last week, which I was kind of expecting. I’ve been lazy with my eating habits, but this week it’s back on track. I’m adding more exercise in this week too!

No change in the first week :/ I’m feeling a little under the weather today but I’m hoping I can nip it in the bud and incorporate more exercise into my week. Hopefully then I’ll see some more results in my next weigh-in!

Same! I started close to 170 and my goal is 140 (well, my ultimate goal is 130-135 but 140 seems mentally more attainable right now)
