I'd love to join! Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does "WI day" refer to?

Since the challenge starts and end on a Saturday, I'll post my WI then. I recommitted to my weight loss goals on June 1st and had a plan to be at my initial goal weight by the beginning of September. That goal doesn't seem likely now after having a few ups and downs with my weight so far this month. So hopefully this challenge will bring me a little closer to those goals.

Current Weight = 168.6 (on 6/21)
Challenge Goal Weight = 144 or under (last weighed this in 2016)
Initial Goal Weight = 139 (last weighed this in 2013)

Alrighty! Lets do this! Just finished the other round and hit my goal of 15 lbs down in about 15 weeks! I set my goals to lose another 15lbs in 15 weeks which would put me at Thursday, October 4 - so this round looks to be about 13 weeks - I'll aim for a 13 lb. loss. I have given myself until 11/1/18 to lose the full 15 because LIFE, and my birthday is in October so I'm trying to set realistic goals. I much prefer to feel accomplished hitting those goals than beat myself up over missing an extreme goal. Hmmm...and I always have to remind myself that I can change these goals as my situation differentiates from what I'm expecting.

Wow it looks like we have a great group going on here. I love it! I have a few goals for myself for this summer challenge.
1. To loss 1# a week for a total of 13#.
2. I want to do my cardio videos at least 3 times a week.
3. Walk nightly starting at 1 mile and increasing a 1/4 mile each week. That would have me at about 4 miles by the end of this challenge.

Pounds to Challenge Goal = 22.2 (Aprox 1.7 lbs per week)2 -
I'll share a recipe I'm enjoying and that seems to be really helping me stay full in the mornings until lunch.
Protein Pancakes (1 serving)
Mash 1 ripe banana with a fork until not too lumpy
Add in 2 beaten eggs (just whisk with a fork before adding)
Stir in 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder & 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Cook like a you would usually cook a pancake, but I think a non-stick skillet is a must with these as they are not as structurally sound as a pancake made with flour.
Top with 1 tbs pure maple syrup. This makes 4 large sized pancakes.
Calories 384, Carbs 45, Fat 11, Protein 28, Sodium 188, Sugar 13
Of course, the above stats depend on the protein powder you use.

Today was WI day for me. I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks due to vacationing. Good news is I didn't gain as much as I had expected but still had a gain. I will never figure out why it is so easy to put on weight but so hard to take off. Well moving forward and onward.
My goals this challenge
