6/28 - 196.4 - I had a good week - Celebrated anniversary last weekend at a food truck - ate a lot and practiced logging it and moving on - positive growth - got right back to it for the week and seeing a slow downward trend. TOM imminent.
7/5 - 197.6 - 2 Birthdays, the holiday, and my period. (forgot to check in here last week but I track daily weights so I was able to refer back to my notes)
7/11 - 193.0 - Finally! A whoosh! I was 195.2 yesterday after not getting below 196 for almost two weeks! Back on the right track
7/19 - 194.0 - Libra app still shows a general downward trend at rate of 1 lb/week. But my data points have been above the trend line a few more times than I prefer to see so I know I need to tighten up the eating and logging
7/26 - 192.0 - 20.6 lbs lost to date - this week was a good one with consistent lossess
8/2 - 192.0 - TOM imminent so ive been hovering around this weight. Food and moving have been good, and meds taking improved!
8/9 - 190.4 - No TOM yet, hormones are so fun! Moving in the right direction still though!
8/16 - 187.0 - STILL NO TOM. UGH. No, I'm not pregnant. Closed on the house so hoping it shows up now that some stress has subsided. Big drop this morning because I didnt eat too much yesterday, too hot. Oh but I just noticed I've lost 10 lbs since starting this challenge so thats fun! Getting close to 30 lbs lost.
8/24 - 185.5 - TOM arrived! And whoosh! Doing well with lots of physical activity as we continue to move!
8/30 - 185.0 - Hovering this week. Very little routine still so its a bit of a struggle but I'll get there!1 -

Weekly Update: Down 1.5 from last week. 3 more weeks left to this challenge, and still on track to make my goal weight This past week was a slightly frustrating week with the scale, it was holding at a number and not dropping but then finally there was a whoosh the last 2 days. But the good thing is that I don't let that affect me anymore, I know I am on the right path with my fitness, nutrition and commitment to my health and I can now roll with any weird scale fluctuations and static numbers, stay the course and the results will come!1 -

6/23: 168.8 BMI=24.92 Overweight by 0.02! For 5’9”
6/30: 167.6 BMI=24.75 Normal! For 5’9”
7/7: 167.6 BMI=25.1 (measured & I’m just 5’8.5”) I did reach normal goal for the lower height July 3, 166.4, so I’m sure I’ll head back there soon. Heat & heavier exercise tends to make me retain water. I’m under my calories burned daily.
7/14: 166.0 BMI=24.9 Normal for 5’8.5”
Things are going well.
7/21:165.4 BMI= 24.8 I’m definitely back on track. Dropped below initial Challenge GW. Now, on to 163!

8/4: 163.6 BMI= 24.5!!!! cWow! scale had gone up since last Sat 166’s) & I managed to battle it back down. Thrilled. Long walks seemed to help.

9/7 - 182.5 - Whoosh! Short term goal #2 achieved! 30 Lbs lost!!! Way ahead of schedule this point but I suspect things will start evening out a bit as the physical move is over and routine returns to more normal. At this rate I've been losing at 1.5 lbs/week since April - excpecting to slow down to 1 lb/week to keep it more sustainable.0 -

Weekly Update: Down 1.8 lbs from last week. I was down to 145.9 earlier this week but the scale bounced back up, think I'm retaining a little fluid. Either way, a really good loss this past week! I am now at the halfway point of my 90 day exercise challenge, which is a great feeling as well. My challenge goal weight of 144 is super possible, which will also put me in a "normal" BMI range for the 1st time in over 2 years.1 -

Going to Mackinaw with my mom, grandmother, and sisters next weekend... I'm looking forward to a lot of fun but quite worried about the eating. I've been a little off track the last few weekends. I've accepted that I'm probably not going to meet my updated challenge goal, but I'm so happy I've at least exceeded my original challenge goal 😊 I hope there's going to be a fall challenge board!1 -

8/22 - 184.4 - Been holding on to fluid like a sponge for the past week.
8/29 -183.2 - weight is up from fluid retention (182.4 on Monday, 182 on Tuesday)
9/5 - 182.8 - the usual problem
9/12 - 182 - Always fluid retention. Maybe I can get to the 170's by the end of September.

6/28 - 196.4 - I had a good week - Celebrated anniversary last weekend at a food truck - ate a lot and practiced logging it and moving on - positive growth - got right back to it for the week and seeing a slow downward trend. TOM imminent.
7/5 - 197.6 - 2 Birthdays, the holiday, and my period. (forgot to check in here last week but I track daily weights so I was able to refer back to my notes)
7/11 - 193.0 - Finally! A whoosh! I was 195.2 yesterday after not getting below 196 for almost two weeks! Back on the right track
7/19 - 194.0 - Libra app still shows a general downward trend at rate of 1 lb/week. But my data points have been above the trend line a few more times than I prefer to see so I know I need to tighten up the eating and logging
7/26 - 192.0 - 20.6 lbs lost to date - this week was a good one with consistent lossess
8/2 - 192.0 - TOM imminent so ive been hovering around this weight. Food and moving have been good, and meds taking improved!
8/9 - 190.4 - No TOM yet, hormones are so fun! Moving in the right direction still though!
8/16 - 187.0 - STILL NO TOM. UGH. No, I'm not pregnant. Closed on the house so hoping it shows up now that some stress has subsided. Big drop this morning because I didnt eat too much yesterday, too hot. Oh but I just noticed I've lost 10 lbs since starting this challenge so thats fun! Getting close to 30 lbs lost.
8/24 - 185.5 - TOM arrived! And whoosh! Doing well with lots of physical activity as we continue to move!
8/30 - 185.0 - Hovering this week. Very little routine still so its a bit of a struggle but I'll get there!
9/7 - 182.5 - Whoosh! Short term goal #2 achieved! 30 Lbs lost!!! Way ahead of schedule this point but I suspect things will start evening out a bit as the physical move is over and routine returns to more normal. At this rate I've been losing at 1.5 lbs/week since April - excpecting to slow down to 1 lb/week to keep it more sustainable.
9/14 - 183.5 - Hovering this week and feeling a little burnt out for the first time in this 6 month journey. Taking the weekend to do a little reset.2 -

6/23: 168.8 BMI=24.92 Overweight by 0.02! For 5’9”
6/30: 167.6 BMI=24.75 Normal! For 5’9”
7/7: 167.6 BMI=25.1 (measured & I’m just 5’8.5”) I did reach normal goal for the lower height July 3, 166.4, so I’m sure I’ll head back there soon. Heat & heavier exercise tends to make me retain water. I’m under my calories burned daily.
7/14: 166.0 BMI=24.9 Normal for 5’8.5”
Things are going well.
7/21:165.4 BMI= 24.8 I’m definitely back on track. Dropped below initial Challenge GW. Now, on to 163!
7/28: 164.6 BMI= 24.7
8/4: 163.6 BMI= 24.5!!!! cWow! scale had gone up since last Sat 166’s) & I managed to battle it back down. Thrilled. Long walks seemed to help.
8/11: 162.6 cBMI=24.4 reducing calories/upping difficulty of exercise, using weight

8/18: 161.4 aBMI=24.2 trimming some calories, exercising!! Best I’ve done since April...

8/25: 160.8 BMI=24.1 all is going great!
9/1: 160.6 (Temporary overnight increase- salty restaurant food) Next week!!!
9/8: 160.0 BMI=24 getting hungry now, learning to manage, reducing deficit & weekly weight loss expectations...close to goal

-10.8 lbs for Challenge so far. Very Grateful, as I was in a plateau when I began & then hit another.
