    I fly to US on holiday on 14 Sept so that is my end goal and I would love to be 180 by then so another 42.5lbs to go for me

    I weighed yesterday and weighed a half pound less than today. But as today (Friday) is my official weigh-in day, today's number is what I'm gli g with. Still, it's a full 3-pound loss, so I'm not complaining.

    Challenge Goal Weight = 165.8

    6/23: 168.8 BMI=24.92 Overweight by 0.02! For 5’9”
    6/30: 167.6 BMI=24.75 Normal! For 5’9”
    7/7: 167.6 BMI=25.1 (measured & I’m just 5’8.5”) I did reach normal goal for the lower height July 3, 166.4, so I’m sure I’ll head back there soon. Heat & heavier exercise tends to make me retain water. I’m under my calories burned daily.

    7/14: 166.0 BMI BMI=24.9 Normal for 5’8.5”
    Things are going well.

    5'5 3/4" 1/2" (7/12/18) ...according to the doctors...I used to be 5'7" then arthritis nailed me pretty hard. I liked saying, 5'7"!!

    I would love to join in. Hope it's not too late? Been a long time MFP member, but got sidetracked when I went back to school. Just finished up my bachelor degree, so now it's time to get back on track. Would love to be down 30 lbs. by October 19th (have a vacation/concert trip planned). Good luck everyone!

    6/21 - 197.6
    6/28 - 196.4 - I had a good week - Celebrated anniversary last weekend at a food truck - ate a lot and practiced logging it and moving on - positive growth - got right back to it for the week and seeing a slow downward trend. TOM imminent.
    7/5 - 197.6 - 2 Birthdays, the holiday, and my period. (forgot to check in here last week but I track daily weights so I was able to refer back to my notes)
    7/11 - 193.0 - Finally! A whoosh! I was 195.2 yesterday after not getting below 196 for almost two weeks! Back on the right track
    7/19 - 194.0 - Libra app still shows a general downward trend at rate of 1 lb/week. But my data points have been above the trend line a few more times than I prefer to see so I know I need to tighten up the eating and logging

    Slow week. My in-laws had us over for a fab dinner (F-I-L is an amazing cook/chef) and though I tried, I just couldn't help but over-indulge a bit. It was just the 4 of us (self, husband and in-laws), however FIL is so used to cooking for big social engagements he make enough to easily feed a dozen, if not or more, sending us home with an abundance of left-overs.

    Though l made it down 1.6 pounds, I've only lost 9.8 pounds in the past 30 days. I must learn to resist such temptation in future and focus harder on my end goal if it is to be reached.

    Challenge Goal Weight = 144 or under (last weighed this in 2016)
    Initial Goal Weight = 139 (last weighed this in 2013)
    Ultimate Goal Weight = 127 (last weighed this in 2011)

    6/30: 165.8 (I got a new scale and it is weighing in .5 heavier, would've been 165.3 on old scale but going with the new one)

    Weekly Update: Down 0.5 lbs from last week. I was down 2.3 lbs on Thursday of this week but went over on calories that evening and my weight bumped up on Friday as a result but is starting to come back down on today's weigh-in. I completed my 30 day exercise challenge on Tuesday and then took 2 rest days before starting my new program yesterday which is a 90 day exercise challenge. I took "before" pictures yesterday and am excited to track my progress at the 1, 2, & 3 month marks as I complete the program. We are one month into this mfp challenge and I think my goal of 144 by 9/22 is still possible but will be happy with 147 or under as a result.

    Hi everyone I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend!! Boy this summer challenge has been up and down for me. I have been taking many weekend adventures/vacations with my family. Though my weigh has been fluctuating in the past it would have been way worse!
