    @SUNNY613 I know it can be frustrating but hey you didn't gain. That is always a win in my book. Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes if I know I was OP all week but don't lose it is because I didn't drink enough water.

    My WI day is Friday
    My Goal is to lose 28 lbs by the end of the challenge, as well as continue to lift every other day with some sort of cardio on the days between (with 1 rest day from cardio a week) throughout the challenge.

    6/22 - 238.2 lbs
    6/29 - 235 lbs

    3.2 lbs down, 24.8 lbs to go!

    Have also exercised every day this past week. Ready for a rest day on Sunday!

    I fly to US on holiday on 14 Sept so that is my end goal and I would love to be 180 by then so another 42.5lbs to go for me

    Alrighty! Lets do this! Just finished the other round and hit my goal of 15 lbs down in about 15 weeks! I set my goals to lose another 15lbs in 15 weeks which would put me at Thursday, October 4 - so this round looks to be about 13 weeks - I'll aim for a 13 lb. loss. I have given myself until 11/1/18 to lose the full 15 because LIFE, and my birthday is in October so I'm trying to set realistic goals. I much prefer to feel accomplished hitting those goals than beat myself up over missing an extreme goal. Hmmm...and I always have to remind myself that I can change these goals as my situation differentiates from what I'm expecting.

    Some stats:
    5'4" Female age 28
    SW 4/18/18 - 212.6
    CW 6/21/18 - 197.6
    GW 9/21/18 - 184.6
    UGW April 2019: 155ish

    6/21 - 197.6
    6/28 - 196.4 - I had a good week - Celebrated anniversary last weekend at a food truck - ate a lot and practiced logging it and moving on - positive growth - got right back to it for the week and seeing a slow downward trend. TOM imminent.

    It's Friday, so WI day for me. I'm down two pounds since last Friday and includes a night out with pizza.

    @HealthyMommy818 yes i normaly get at least my 8 glasses in... but its been more lately... In Lake tahoe this weekend... trying to stay stron but its so difficult... cuz i got this!

    6/30: 165.8 (I got a new scale and it is weighing in .5 heavier, would've been 165.3 on old scale but going with the new one)

    WI day today went awesome! I'm down 6.6# this week! This week I added in more activities and lots of water.

    My goals this challenge

    1.To loss 1# a week for a total of 13#.
    2. I want to do my cardio videos at least 3 times a week.
    3. Walk nightly starting at 1 mile and increasing a 1/4 mile each week. That would have me at about 4 miles by the end of this challenge.

    6/23: 227
    6/30: 220.4
