Hello! I'm a 21 year old girl and I've always struggled with food. I'm not an emotional eater, I would honestly rather not eat anything which worries me a lot. Just want to get myself healthy and hopefully develop a healthier relationship with food and with my body! I love to exercise, and I love trying new things. I hike a lot, and climb on cliffs and rocks at my cottage. I also really like yoga and swimming. I'm hoping to find more meat alternatives for my diet since I'm not vegetarian but I don't like meat very much. Come say hi if you'd like and tell me a bit about yourself!

Hey there! I’m a 26 year old girl who’s always struggled with food too. In high school I struggled with disordered eating thanks to pressure from my mother, the competitive dance community, and just being a teenage girl. In college I found myself swinging in the opposite direction. I was so afraid of counting calories and falling back into my old disordered habits that I ate whatever I felt like with reckless abandon and became overweight. I’m just now starting to reevaluate my relationship with food and come to terms with the fact that I can count without being restrictive, I can indulge once in a while without making it an everyday routine, and I am loved and worthwhile at any weight.
