at 30 sec intervals, so far I am up to 33.5 minutes of plank this month. It is surprising how you can fit 30 seconds into the breaks of your workout and each bit adds up.

I'd like to join this challenge. I already do planks occasionally, so my goal is the 60 minutes of plank for the month of MAY...lucky we get one extra day for a rest day in there. Thanks
