So I finally got to some scales:157lbs Not sure which week to class this as? I may be able to weigh on Saturday again and who knows after that? I think walking everywhere, training for this 10k and the worry of overeating have work din my favour. Hope to keep this trend up for the next fortnight!

How good it feels to just walk places. I used to get so out of breath I'd avoid even getting to the end of the road. My world is so much bigger now and today I walked a couple miles home in blazing sun up many hills and enjoyed it!

17000 steps yesterday which included a beautiful park run (5k) along Chrissy Fields. Beautiful and great weather. Food not so good. I had a really good ice cream and lasagne. So tricky to enter this into mfp when eating out so guesstimating a lot at the moment which feels uncomfortable.

Just shy of 20000 steps yesterday. Ended up getting the train the last mile though as just so tired!

On work days I sometimes only walk 70 steps. Not even walking for a bathroom break in 12 hours on a bad day. First 3 days on holiday: 15000, 18000,12000 steps. Love having time and enjoying walking everywhere!

Dragon fruit is so disappointing. So pretty but so tasteless. I find papaya the same. If I'm having fruit I want the tasty stuff - juicy peaches, fat raspberries or pineapple with a little chilli salt.
