If you want to add calories but are struggling to add more volume, try adding more calorie rich foods - such as avocados and nuts. Both of which are pretty high calorie, but have a ton of benefits for your body and your brain. Otherwise, I would check ur BMR/TDEE to see if you're at the correct calorie allowance,…

On Fridays I have a desk job, but the rest of the week I spend around 1/2-2/3 of the time standing and the rest sitting, sometimes I’m pushing or lifting things around that can get pretty heavy, and some days I’ll spend up to 7 hours doing farming/gardening activities.

I didn't eat or drink anything at the concert and I was very hungry afterwards, but I also have a low cal max for the day so I don't think it really matters. I'm also a student, so I spend a lot of time sitting - whether in class or studying. So this isn't a norm for me to stand for 4-5 hours.
