I would try the two meals first and see how it goes, and if you are stalling or gaining then drop down to the one meal and hydrate during your meals.

Brenda I love your plan. I think that is what I have been doing for the last few weeks except I have been using a combination of OMAD and fast days. I like OMAD better so I will be using them from now on and will just do an extended (65 hour) fast once a month. We are on the same page. I was 159 pounds this morning…

Happy Friday Everyone, Today's weight 157.4. I have been in the 150's for 8 months now and I am happy I have been able to keep my ultimate goal of staying below 160. I am pretty sure I will never see that number again. I think I am content in the 150's so I will just keep to maintaining in the 150's for now.
