I'm super happy you came back too! I like the idea of not obsessing...
I was in a very non-obsessive space for a few months (obviously I also wasn't losing weight..) but I really liked it. I am hoping that after another 8-10 lbs lost (putting me in the low 150s) I will be happy with my weight and just see where I go with OMAD on the weekdays and a longer window on the weekends. This is super easy for me and I maintained all summer like that...1 -

Happy Friday Everyone,
Today's weight 157.4. I have been in the 150's for 8 months now and I am happy I have been able to keep my ultimate goal of staying below 160. I am pretty sure I will never see that number again. I think I am content in the 150's so I will just keep to maintaining in the 150's for now.2 -

Nice work. Sticking to the plan is hard. I think I'll have to accept that on weekends I just can't. There's just too much going on, but I want to try my best during the week0
